"HYPER-ELECTRO-DISCO-DEATH-FUNKIN", Glasgow's Mach 5 have already headlined gigs in the ABC2 and The Arches. Their sound is a mish-mash of various different influences including House, Techno, Funk, Disco and Metal that are all evident in their high-energy sound.

This gives the four-piece a harder edge than most pop bands, making their sound a meaty mix of drum lines and fat base and synth, complimented by Gregor James on the guitar giving the finishing touches to the grooves.
